Integration of the WMS warehouse system with your sales platform
The paid order on the customer's sales platform is sent to Hart's WMS, and the order is then processed in the warehouse (picking, packing, shipping).
The WMS is integrated with courier platforms so that the shipping label is printed automatically when the order is confirmed in the warehouse.
We will take your products into stock within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery
We carry out verification of the delivery in terms of quantity and quality; on request also in terms of special quality guidelines, e.g., for garment deliveries from the sewing room, we check whether the garmenṫ is not soiled, whether it has the right colour, whether the zippers work correctly, etc.
Guidelines are established with the Customer based on the procedures and instructions. At the Customer's request, we report complaints directly to the supplier, e.g., due to a discrepancý in quantity or quality̨ of the goods received
We will store your goods safely and optimise your costs
We charge for the physical space used, and the storage cost is based on the amount of space taken up. In a fulfilment service, the cost of warehousing is variable and adapted to the Customer's needs. In contrast, in the case of in-house storage space, the costs are kept constant and cause a continuous burden on the budget.
At the Customer's request, we optimise warehouse space, i.e., relocate products, thereby reducing the amount́ of space taken up and cutting costs.
As soon as we receive an order, we send it to your customers, according to your guidelines.

all orders sent to the WMS by the time specified by the customer will be fulfilled on the same day (packed and handed over to the designated courier).
SAVING TIME AND MINIMISING PACKAGING COSTS
we provide the functional materials needed to fulfil orders, such as: cardboard, stretch film, bubble wrap, eco-filler, packing tape, tissue paper, etc.

- We carefully examine all returns and classify them according to their condition. You decide what ultimately happens to it.
- Returned products are accepted in stock within 24 hours of the return being delivered to the Hart Fulfilment warehouse.
- Returns are checked̨ in terms of quantity and quality and based on the Customer's guidelines specified in the contract.
- Documents provided in returned orders are archived or sent electronically to the customer.
